Can I make a return at TackleDirect?

• If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the new and unused items with all accessories to the original box within 30 days for exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping charges incurred by the seller or buyer. Special orders are not refundable. In order to receive a refund, all items must have the original manufacturer's tag and identification tag. 

• All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please print/enter your name and address clearly on the outside of the package. Goods must include a copy of invoice or packing list. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. There are no refunds on the pre-fake line. They reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that have been returned many times or have been used. In addition, they will not accept orders from customers who have a high return rate after purchase.

Who should pay the tax?

TackleDirect.com is operated by E Outdoor, which has a registered trademark and is licensed by TackleDirect®. EOutdoors, Inc. collects sales tax in all states where sales and use taxes are currently levied, in accordance with the laws of the state in which the products you purchase from them are sourced. Customers requesting a sales or use tax exemption should contact TackleDirect customer service to coordinate filing of the required exemption documents and refund any taxes collected on the exemption transaction. On international orders, duties, customs and any other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How to use gift certificates or coupons to order?

• Here's how gift certificates can be used by gift recipients:

• Visit TackleDirect.com. Recipients can browse or search for items they want to buy. Once they choose a gift, they click to pay. On the Shipping Form, they'll see a field that says "Enter coupon or gift certificate code." If the recipient has enough money on their gift certificate to cover the cost of their order, they don't need to enter any credit card information.

• If the recipient does not have enough funds to cover the entire order, they will be asked to pay the balance with their credit card or paypal account.

What shipping method does TackleDirect provide?

• USPS first-class mail: In choosing small and light items, they offer a USPS First Class shipping method at preferential rates. This shipping method is only applicable to selected quantities of items or order configurations that meet minimum weight and size requirements. 

• Economy: This is usually your lowest-cost shipping option for larger transports when available. Your order will be sent in the most economical way according to the weight, size and place of delivery of the items in your order. Most items in stock will arrive within 2-7 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Economy Oversize: For oversized or heavy items that do not qualify for normal economy rates, this is the least cost method of transportation and must be determined in real time based on the weight, dimensions and delivery location of the items in the order. Most items in stock will arrive within 2-7 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
