What should I know when I buy a gift card?

• Gift cards (and unused portions of such) should be spent within 12 months from the date of issuance.

• Gift cards must be redeemed through https://www.redlinegoods.com

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

• Redemption of gift cards for products cannot be combined with any discount codes on such products even if discounts are available, at the time of gift card redeption, to customers purchasing products via credit cards or PayPal.

• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's account and is not transferable.

How much will shipping set me back?

They ship worldwide, all their prices include shipping, unless you go with FedEx expedited shipping which is $19. More on this later on this page.

How do I place an order?

There are two ways to do it. Placing an order with a credit card online or using PayPal.

Either way, please visit their product page, add products to cart and click the Select Colors and Options button to proceed to the order form. Once there, enter all the necessary information (product, leather and tread coloring) and proceed to check-out. That's it - your order is placed!

I ordered my boots today. When will I receive my order?

• First of all, Your order will be confirmed and a precise time estimate will be sent to you via email.

• All items are shipped within 5 business days of receiving an order. Usually it`s even less, but 5 business days is their official commitment.

• You will receive a separate email once your item has been shipped. The email will specify the date it has been shipped and an estimated arrival date.

How does Redline Accessories ship? Is there a tracking number?

The merchandise is shipped from Poland, that`s in Central Europe, and it takes approximately:

• 10-15 business days if you`re in the US or Canada

• 4-6 business days if you`re in the EU

• up to 4 weeks if you live in another region. Please email them for more information.

• The items are INSURED and REGISTERED. The shipping method is the equivalent of the USPS Global Priority. It’s a pretty reliable method of shipping, however there is no tracking number. 

That's fine, but I need them ASAP! Can that be arranged?

Of course. They offer FedEx expedited shipping - 2-3 business days to the US/Canada, up to 5 days worldwide. Full tracking. $19 shipping charge.

I received my boots! How do I install them?

Please take a look at the menu on the top of the site. You can access installation instructions for different models right there! First browse through to the right make, then in the same line as the year model you need, there is a blue link called (Installation).
