What do I do if my package is lost?

• Please make sure to check your surrounding area and with your neighbors. If you’re unable to locate your package, please contact them so that they can start an investigation with the carrier in regards to your missing package. Depending on the carrier, investigations can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to conclude.

• Please note that any orders reported missing or stolen must be disputed within 14 days from the shipment date. International orders reported missing/stolen must be reported within 21 days from the shipment date. Any requests made outside of this timeframe have no guaranteed resolution.

• If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, they can offer reshipments while supplies last or store credit. Marked as "delivered" packages are not eligible for a refund.  

Where can I locate my tracking numbet?

• Now that you have placed your order, Rhone will send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped from their warehouse. Not only will the email detail the items from your order it will include the tracking confirmation number to track your package.

• If you are unable to locate your confirmation email and you signed in to your Rhone account before completing your purchase, your order details will show in your Rhone account profile.  Log in  and scroll down to "Order Status". Once the tracking number is available it will be listed within your order details. 

• If all else fails, please reach out to the Customer Experience team through Live Chat on their website (the fastest method) or Submit a Request they will be glad t provide further assistance.

When will my order ship?

• They offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100, and free returns on all orders that meet their returns policy in the United States. If you’d like expedited shipping, they have different options available.

• Once an order is received by their fulfillment center, it should ship within two business days. Please note that this does not include hemmed order, weekends, or holidays.

How do I return a defective or damaged item, what should I do?

• Do you believe you have a damaged or defective product? Prior to shipping to their customers, Rhone garments undergo a rigorous quality inspection at their factory partners and at their warehouse. Despite these best efforts, damaged or defective products do in very rare instances evade removal in those inspections. 

• If you believe that you've received a damaged or defective item, please let them know as soon as possible at Submit a request. They'll respond as quickly as possible and do all that they can to make good on their commitment.

• Please include on your email the following information: Your original Rhone order number. Your current shipping address. Photographs of the defective or damaged item
