What is their shipping policy?

• Most inventory items are transported by ground within one working day after they are received. They use UPS to transport most parcels. Except for Christmas and other holidays, you should prepare all the inventory items within five to six working days. If you need to transport your goods faster, please be sure to choose a transportation method other than UPS ground. When calculating the delivery date, please remember that their carrier does not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so, for example, if you order two-day delivery before 1:00 pm on Thursday, you will receive the package on Monday.

• Uniform freight: Ryan's provides uniform freight of US $5.89 for all eligible orders, and the total amount of goods is US $150 or more, which is transported by UPS in the United States. Exclusion applies.

• Free shipping: Ryan's will pay all ground freight for qualified orders with a total amount of $550 or more, which will be delivered through ups in the neighboring United States. Exclusion applies.

• Delivery on the same day: orders placed in AZ MST before 1:00 pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders for Saturday and Sunday will be shipped next Monday. This does not include truck / freight, USPS freight and direct shipment. Stock items only. Only in the contiguous United States.

What is their return policy?

• Return the goods within 30 days from the date of shipment to get a full refund, less the freight announced by UPS. The goods must be brand new, marketable and in original packaging. All packages and accessories must be returned. The credit line will deduct 15% of the restocking fee and / or the cost of missing parts. The credit card can be an original credit card or a shop credit card in the form of a gift card.

• Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days after delivery.

• For orders rejected or undeliverable by the customer, the freight will be deducted according to the freight published by UPS when the order is returned.
