What is Saatchi Art Return Policy? 

• Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below: Original Artwork: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery; Open Edition Prints: thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted.

• Return shipments must be arranged through Saatchi Art and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the artist receives the artwork.

What is Saatchi Art cost of shipping?

Thier customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. The artists are only responsible for the cost of packaging their artworks. Remember your packaging must comply with thier thorough Packaging Guidelines so its best to over estimate the cost of packaging materials during your upload and pricing of your artwork. They want for you to still make a healthy profit upon completion of your sale. The cost of shipping will be broken out to the artists when uploading your artwork. From your customer's perspective, the cost of shipping is included in the artwork price. 

Who Pays For Return Shipping Costs?

• They examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs) required to deliver the artwork back to the artist. Generally, if they determine that the artwork was accurately described on thier site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs.

• If they conclude that the artist misrepresented the work (either in the photograph or in the description), failed to disclose important information about the work, or if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the collector will not be responsible for shipping costs.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

• Originals and Limited Edition Prints: Original artworks and limited edition prints usually arrive within eleven (11) to fourteen (14) business days from time of order, depending on the origin and destination of the artwork as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the work is shipped internationally. From time of shipping, the artwork will usually arrive at the buyer's destination between seven (7) to ten (10) business days, barring any delays due to customs clearance.

• Unframed Prints: Unframed prints are shipped from the U.S. within three (3) to five (5) business days of placing the order. If you reside within the U.S., you can expect your print to arrive within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from time of shipping. Shipping time will vary for buyers outside of the U.S., as delivery speed depends on the customs requirements of the country of destination.

• Framed Prints: Framed prints are shipped from the U.S. within five (5) to seven (7) business days of placing the order. If you reside within the U.S., you can expect your print to arrive within ten (10) to twelve (12) business days from time of shipping. Shipping time will vary for buyers outside of the U.S., as delivery speed depends on the customs requirements of the country of destination.  

Can I Use A Promotional Discount With A Gift Card?

Yes, there will be a field to enter your gift card code, and a separate field to enter your promotional discount code at checkout.  Both will be applied to your order.

Can I Cancel Or Refund A Gift Card?

No, after purchase, you cannot cancel or refund a Gift Card.  If an artwork that is purchased with a gift card is returned or canceled by the recipient, the refunded amount will be provided via EGift Card.
