What delivery options does Scooterwest provide?

• A minimum shipping charge will be added to all orders. Most domestic and international orders will be charged actual shipping costs. Unless specified, all domestic orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx via regular ground service. They reserve the right to select the best possible means of delivery based on weight of parcel, delivery address, day of the week, overall delivery time, etc.
• UPS or FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day services are available at an extra charge, but must be requested when order is placed. Due to varying Customs laws, import taxes and duties are not included in International shipping charges. Customs taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

What is Return policy of Scooterwest?
Scooterwest will accept returns on brand new complete parts, with their original packaging, within 30 days of your receipt for 100% of the value in store credit or exchange. If you would like a refund to your original payment method, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee to help them cover credit card charge fees, refund fees, and other fees they pay.  Again, if you opt for exchange or store credit you will receive 100% of the purchase price (including tax if applicable) towards a future purchase. If no refund instructions are included, store credit will be the default. Store credit can be applied on future order/s and never expires. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

When will my orer be delivered?
Orders are generally filled within 24 hours of receipt. Most orders received by 3pm PST are shipped on the same business day. Please keep in mind that an order placed after 3pm Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday. All parts are shipped from Scooterwest, 3955 Pacific Hwy. San Diego, California, 92110, USA unless otherwise specified.

What should I do if I received damaged products?
Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts due to damaged or opened packing on delivery must be filed with the carrier immediately. You must keep the original shipping box and shipping label to make a claim. Claims without original packing will not be approved. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within two days of receipt of goods. An emailed of the invoice will be required in the event of any shortage.
