How long can I get my orders?
Standard deliveries are made via NinjaVan. You can expect deliveries to arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
Orders are processed on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Upon shipment of your order, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email.
Packages not collected within 3 attempts of deliveries will be returned to Triumph.
What should I do if my address is incorrect?

How to I request for an exchange at Triumph Bra?
Exchanges are possible for an alternate colour or size of the same bra style. This is subject to stock availability and the exchange bra item would be sent from their warehouse to one of following boutiques for collection only. In the event if the stock is unavailable, the standard refund means via online store Return Credits gift card to be used for repurchases from their Triumph Online store will be processed instead.
When will I receive my refund?
For purchases on the Triumph Online shop, they only allow refund in online store Return Credits gift card to be used for repurchases from their Triumph Online store. Refund Credits gift card will be processed within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date which they receive the returned bra item at their warehouse . The online store Return Credits gift card will have a 3-month validity period for the date of issuance. They endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as they have processed your refund.
Is it a private consultation?
