How can I return an item?

• Returns can be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order. this also applies to gift card purchases, which can be cancelled within 30 days of order.

• Funds will be returned to the original payment method e.g. card or paypal.

• If an order was placed using a gift card, funds will be returned to the gift card. for any orders placed using debit/card card and gift card, if an order is partially returned, funds will be sent to gift card first by default.

• They aim to process all refunds within 10-14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date.

When will I get my refund?

• All refunds are via the original method of payment. funds typically take 3 – 5 working days from the date of process to appear in your account or paypal balance. this varies depending on the issuer and can be longer for international issuers.

• Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.re-pack the item(s) in the original packing. 

• They can only accept items that are unworn with the original tags attached.
