How much does the shipping?

• Their aim is to make buying online as convenient as possible, which means offering a wide range of delivery (also referred to as 'carriage') options for you to choose from. Delivery charges vary depending on: The delivery service you choose (i.e. specific day, within a 3 working day range, pre noon delivery, etc.)

• The total weight of your order (please be aware that a weight surcharge of 36p/kg will be applied to deliveries of 10kg or more).

• Any promotions they may be running at the time of your order. For all items in the BT Mobile handset range (and for BT Signal Assist), a delivery charge of £4.99 applies to every order.

How do I find a copy of my invoice/receipt?

Go to 'My account' then click 'View Orders and Returns'. Find the order you'd like the invoice/ receipt for, and click 'View order'. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Request E-Receipt'. This will then trigger an invoice to be sent. If you don't receive the invoice, please check your junk/spam folders.

What should I do if goods become faulty during use?

• If your goods become faulty after delivery, they will always instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved. For example in some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience. Alternatively you can contact them directly if the goods do not conform to the contract made between them.

• Please note that in some cases it may be disproportionately costly to repair the goods, and so where this is the case, then you will receive replacement goods.

What should I do if my goods are damaged on arrival?

• If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact them within 14 days with details of the damage. 

• This will help them considerably in raising the matter with their appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received back into their warehouse, then they will replace them. In most cases, where goods are being returned to them due to damage on arrival, then a repair is simply not practicable.

What should I do if my goods are not mine?

• Goods Not As Ordered
• If you receive goods from them that differ from what you have ordered, then they require that you notify them within 14 days using their Online Returns Tool.
• Goods Or Order Duplicated
• In the event that that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify them as soon as possible using their Online Returns Tool.

How do I change my contact details?

To change your contact details, simply click 'my account' and go to 'Personal Details' where you can change your contact details. You'll be able to amend your name, email address, login details and contact number.
