How much I will pay for my order delivery?
Here are our 2 types of shipping:
- Super Fast Shipping (4 - 6 working days): You will pay $16.90 postage on orders between $0.00–$99.99, $22.90 postage on orders between $100.00–$299.99 and $26.90 postage on orders over $300.
- Super Saver Shipping (12-15 working days): You will pay $9.90 on orders between $0.00–$99.99, $12.90 postage on orders between $100.00–$299.99 and $14.90 postage on orders over $300.
How can I exchange my orders?
- They offer exchange service. If you want to exchange the product for personal reasons, please contact them within 14 days after receiving your package and confirm the details of your exchange.
- After they agree to exchange your products, please send back the products you received in their original condition and the products must not affect their secondary sales.
- After your returned package arrives at their designated warehouse and the verification is completed, they will reship the items you want to exchange within 2 business days.
- Although they offer a free exchange service, you are responsible for all postage costs incurred in the return process.
when will I be refunded if i return my order?
It will take around 3-5 business days for the parcel to arrive back to them and the refund will be done within 5 business days. Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks for the refund to appear on your bank account. Please contact them if youhave further questions about your refund status.
Can I alter or cancel my order if it is placed?
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available(The tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Due to variances in tax laws from state to state, once an order has been placed, they are no longer able to alter the shipping address. And orders that have been sent out or are in transit cannot be cancelled.Please understand, thank you. So please make sure that all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
why is my payment rejected?
- Maybe your credit card is not supported, you can try another credit card.
- Cvv or card information is wrong. You can contact your bank to help you out.
- Expired card.
