• If you purchased your tickets at the box office you need to contact them for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the form of payment used in the original transaction, including Starpass earned rewards. 

• Only the ticket price will be refunded; service fees paid for online and mobile purchases are not eligible for refunds and charity donations are not eligible for refunds. Please allow 7 days for the refund to process.
