I bought something as a gift for me. How can I exchange or return goods?

• Sideshow does not recommend refusing to deliver the purchased goods under any circumstances. They have developed specific procedures to help all customers easily return and exchange goods. Refusing packages will only prolong the time required to bring you a satisfactory solution.

• Rejected packages will not be eligible for the exchange of new products. Once the original shipment is returned to their warehouse, it will be automatically refunded as the purchase price of the collection minus the return freight, international return fee and tax (if applicable).

I changed my mind and no longer wanted to keep this item. Can I have a refund?
