What is their return policy?

• You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days from the original delivery date to get a full refund, minus 15% restocking fee. Due to hygiene problems, all products must be unopened before being returned. CPAP and related machines will not be eligible for return if the hours of use register >0 and / or there are obvious signs of wear. They will not bear any loss caused by product damage or breakage during the return transportation. The freight is not refundable, and the return freight is not included.

• Single sleep will accept the return of goods with manufacturing defects. If the material and / or process of the product you purchased are defective, please contact them for troubleshooting first. If the troubleshooting is unsuccessful, you will have the right to return the product to strange sleep. Please note that any related shipping costs for returning the goods to single sleep, LLC may or may not be covered by the warranty, depending on the manufacturer of the goods.

• First class or priority mail via USPS is their standard mode of transportation.

• For all orders in the United States, the cost of this service is $7.99 for orders less than $99.00

• Free shipping for U.S. orders of $99.00 or more.

• Please note: the free standard shipping discount is only valid in the mainland of the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. These States and regions will charge additional freight.

• If you have ordered home sleep test equipment, the order will be sent by USPS Priority mail and should reach you within 3 working days. Freight and return freight have been included in your rent.

What warranty do they offer?

• Some of the products they sell may have a manufacturer's warranty. Single sleep, LLC is the distributor of products, so it does not provide any guarantee. Single sleep, LLC will accept the return of goods purchased from the website that are within the warranty period and have manufacturing defects.
