What is the refund policy?

• Paid plans are charged monthly or yearly. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel anytime. You will be refunded for paid services if our service was not working.

My order says delivered but I don’t have my products. What do I do?

• Unfortunately, once the package leaves their building, it's in the hands of a shipping carrier and largely out of their control. BUT, they would never leave you hanging. 

• First, they suggest to contact your local post office to see if they have any insight. If that doesn’t work, they find that submitting a lost packages claim through the carrier's website. If you can’t track down the package within 5 days.

Can I return products that I am not satisfied?

• They gladly accept returns and exchanges for all unhappy customers. 

• They will allow up to 60 days to send back your unworn, unaltered items purchased from STIK for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.Refunds are processed within 1 day of receiving them back at the warehouse. 

What are the payment options?

• You can pay by card monthly or annually. All their automatic payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards worldwide but you can double check whether it's the case for you. 

• When paying annually, you get an automatic 10% discount.Direct invoicing and payment via bank transfer, check or PayPal is possible but reserved for annualBatman licenses. You can compare plan features at their pricing page.
