What is their cancellation policy?

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time within 14 days of receiving the Skin + Me product. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify them in specifying your order number. If you exercise your right to cancel a Skin + Me product after it has been delivered to you, you will be responsible in any event for promptly returning it to them for order within 14 days of the date you inform them that you wish to cancel. Skin + Me products must be returned to Unit 5, Oakwood Business Park, Standard Road, London, NW10 6EX.

What are the exceptions for returns?

You cannot cancel the contract if the sealed goods have been opened after delivery to you and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
