What is the delivery fee?
All mattresses are delivered to the room of your choice by a team of 2. They also opened the mattress and removed the packaging. This is free for the UK mainland, but may incur a small fee in the Highlands, Channel Islands and Ireland. If you are not sure if you are eligible for free shipping, please contact them. Accessories are delivered by courier service.
What is the return policy for Tweak mattresses?
If you are not satisfied with your mattress, please notify them as soon as possible. They can help you find a better foam insert configuration to meet your needs. From the date of delivery, you will have 100 nights to make sure you love your mattress. If you don't think it's right for you, they'll collect it and give you a refund. Please Note: When you get a new mattress, there is a 30-day adjustment period. It takes a while for your body to adjust to a new sleeping surface, so they require you to sleep on it for 30 days before starting the return process.
What is their warranty policy?
All Tweak mattresses come with a 10-year warranty. There's no need to register your warranty, it automatically takes effect from the date your new mattress is delivered. Your mattress is free from defects in workmanship and materials for 10 years from the date of delivery. If a claim is made against your warranty, they will repair or replace any mattress components or the entire mattress for free during this period, provided inspections or photos show the mattress is to their standards.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers the following faults or defects in mattress material or workmanship. This includes:
Any manufacturing defects that lead to zipper defects.
Significant sagging or sagging of the mattress by more than 3cm within the first 12 months of use, not due to normal body impressions or improper use as per their care instructions.
Faulty spring base.
The comforter is not torn or ripped due to negligent care or use of the mattress.
Mattress damage caused during delivery and report upon delivery.
