Does Slickitip offer international shipping?

• All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual value of the order. 

• Slick It Up will not be liable for any tariffs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA. 

• International orders are shipped USPS and then enter into the respective countries mail system; therefore, they are not traceable because they enter the new countries postal system which are entirely different then the USPS. 

• Foreign customs processing times vary greatly, generally from 1-5 weeks. USPS First class international orders may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks from date of shipment. Please plan accordingly when choosing these options.

Can I exchange the wrong sized item?

• If you would like to exchange the size of your item, or for some reason you have received a wrong item please contact [email protected] and they will be very happy to assist you the next working day. 

• The office hours are Mon-Friday 12-5 Eastern time. Emails are responded to during the working hours. 

• If you email them outside the working hours you will responded to the next available working day. 

What is the return policy?

• Due to the intimate and/or costume nature of Slick It Up designs all sales are of course final and no refunds will be issued.

• If you have an issue with sizing you may exchange the item for the SAME STYLE in a DIFFERENT SIZE so long as the item is unworn and odor free. 

• Undergarments (jocks, slings, thongs and underwear) and swimwear are final and unable to be returned or exchanged due to NY State Law regarding hygiene. 

• There will be an additional $8.00 domestic and $15.00 international servicing charge invoiced to you for return shipping.
