Does Slickitip offer international shipping?
All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual value of the order.
Slick It Up will not be liable for any tariffs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA.
International orders are shipped USPS and then enter into the respective countries mail system; therefore, they are not traceable because they enter the new countries postal system which are entirely different then the USPS.
Foreign customs processing times vary greatly, generally from 1-5 weeks. USPS First class international orders may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks from date of shipment. Please plan accordingly when choosing these options.
Can I exchange the wrong sized item?
If you would like to exchange the size of your item, or for some reason you have received a wrong item please contact [email protected] and they will be very happy to assist you the next working day.
The office hours are Mon-Friday 12-5 Eastern time. Emails are responded to during the working hours.
If you email them outside the working hours you will responded to the next available working day.
What is the return policy?
Due to the intimate and/or costume nature of Slick It Up designs all sales are of course final and no refunds will be issued.
If you have an issue with sizing you may exchange the item for the SAME STYLE in a DIFFERENT SIZE so long as the item is unworn and odor free.
Undergarments (jocks, slings, thongs and underwear) and swimwear are final and unable to be returned or exchanged due to NY State Law regarding hygiene.
There will be an additional $8.00 domestic and $15.00 international servicing charge invoiced to you for return shipping.
