Can I make a return at SlipcoverShop.com?

They offer free return of items within 30 days of receipt of original condition. If you're unsure about your purchase, remember to keep the original packaging -- there's a 10% restocking fee if you return it without the original packaging. Please also note that white glove shipping charges are non-refundable and custom orders are final sales.

How does SlipcoverShop.com deliver?

• They offer free regular delivery for most of their products. Their delivery partner will contact you to arrange a valid time window. They'll deliver it to your door on the day of delivery.

• You can also choose to ship white gloves for an additional $100 at checkout. As with the planned delivery above, the difference is that their couriers will also take the item to the room of your choice, unpack it, and discard the packing material (if you prefer). Please note: Signature is required for all deliveries (except UPS).

What's the difference between threshold and white glove delivery?

They offer two delivery services: free delivery to your door and $100 white glove delivery. If you choose threshold delivery, their delivery man will place your goods at the front door of your house or apartment. If you choose white glove delivery, their deliveryman will deliver your goods to the room of your choice, take apart your product, and complete any necessary assembly. The team will also offer to remove your packaging, but will only accept it if you are confident that you will not return it, or ask for a return that will incur a 10% restocking fee if the original packaging is not available. 

How do I keep track of my orders?

They are currently building an updated order tracking system, so in the meantime their customer experience team will be able to provide the most detailed view of your order status. They will also keep you informed throughout the production and shipping process, and you can expect email updates at important mileage markers.

How do I change my order?

• If your clothing is custom made, you can change the fabric or seat padding within 10 days of purchase. Just remember that any change will increase your delivery time.

• If you want to change the fabric or fill the fabric after 10 days, they need to cancel your order and place a new order. They couldn't make any changes to the ready to ship orders because, well, they were already ready to ship!

• If you would like to change your order, please contact [email protected] and attach your order number and your requirements - they'll take it from there.

How do I cancel my order?

• Custom items can be canceled free of charge until they are shipped from their Los Angeles distribution center.

• If you cancel your order after it has left their Los Angeles distribution center, you will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. They will contact you when your production is complete and your order starts to travel to Los Angeles - they will also notify you about a week before the goods arrive.

• Items ready for shipment are taken directly from their Los Angeles distribution center inventory, so the free cancellation window is small - usually a few days. If you would like to cancel your ready to ship order, please contact their team as soon as possible.
