What is their return policy?
They want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you think it is necessary to return, their goal is to make the return process as easy as possible. To arrange, please contact them on 0131 555 2929 or email [email protected]. Please note that the Association cannot replace any opened whisky bottles. All returns should be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any returned product must be returned to them undamaged, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be arranged within 30 days of their safe receipt of the return. Any returned product must be in its original packaging, containing the relevant paperwork and adequately packaged to avoid any possible damage.
What is their shipping policy?
Members receive free shipping to mainland UK and Northern Ireland under their free standard shipping offer. Due to differences in regulations for domestic and international alcohol transport by couriers, legislatures and aviation bodies, please note that it is not possible to send orders to the Channel Islands, or to the Scottish Highlands and Islands of more than 10 litres to the Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and North Ireland. Their delivery partners are DPD and DHL. Their deliveries are made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, and to ensure timely delivery, their couriers will require a signature for the package.
Can I buy a membership outside the UK?
