What is their shipping policy?
After confirming your order, they will send you a shipment confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped, including the order tracking number. They will send a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number for each shipment. You can also track the status of orders at any time by clicking the order tracking link.

All returns must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Soliom LLC reserves the right to refuse to return damaged or used boxes. Any refund is only for the purchase price and does not include the initial freight. They support their products, so if your order is defective, missing or damaged, they will help immediately.
Please allow your L / C to be issued to the same account used for the original purchase within 15 working days after receiving your return. Once the L / C is issued, you will receive an email confirmation.
What is their exchange policy?
If you order the wrong product, they encourage you to visit their website to order the right product. If it is convenient for you, please put the products wrongly ordered back into the original packaging box. To return the item to them, please contact them: care@soliom.net Provide your proof of purchase from their website, i.e. your receipt, email order confirmation or order number, and details of the reason for return.
Once they receive your product in good working condition, they will process your refund. Soliom LLC will make every effort to solve the problem, but does not guarantee that the customer orders wrong domestic transactions. International exchanges will not accept customer order errors.
