How to Turn on 2-Step Verification for Google-created accounts?

With 2-Step Verification (also known as two-factor authentication), you add an extra layer of security to your account. Here's how:

• From the Home page of your Google account, go to Security.

• Scroll down to 'Signing in to Google' and click 2-Step.

• Read the info and click Get Started once ready.

• It'll now redirect you to enter your password for verification.

• After you enter your password, Google prompts are securely sent to every phone where you're signed in. Just tap the notification to review and sign in after clicking Continue.

• Check the mobile number and select how do you want to get the code. Then hit Send.

• Enter the code you received and click Next.

How do I delete my account?

• If you are on the Freemium (free) account, nothing will force any transaction, only if you've gone into your account and purchased or authorized for one. 

• If you’re having trouble using Soundtrap, please try contacting us first. They'll do their best to help you out. 

• But if you've still gotta go, follow these instructions:

• If you're a Soundtrap Music Makers, Storytellers, or Complete subscriber, cancel your subscription first.

• After you're done, send an e-mail through this link and ask them to delete your account. They'll delete it for you.

• Keep in mind that deleting your account will remove all of your recorded material and published tracks.

Why does my bank statement show multiple charges for one purchase?

• In most cases reported to Soundtrap, authorizations are often mistaken for extra charges. Authorizations are the result of normal bank processing and are automatically resolved by your bank.

• A little background: when a payment is processed, a bank authorization is posted to a bank account statement while the charge is pending. An authorization is required for all credit card transactions as a passive check to ensure the amount of money being charged is actually in your account before the funds are transferred. 

• Most banks will mark authorizations with a visual cue, such as the word "pending", to identify it as an authorization. Typically, these authorizations are automatically removed without affecting your bank account balance as soon as the actual charge is applied. 
• If a bank authorization can be ruled out, please contact them and they'll be happy to investigate the issue from their side.

How do I purchase a plan?

Once you are signed into your account you can select the plan that suits your needs best on the pricing page or contact them.
