What is their return policy?

• Sparktec motorsports guarantees a 30 day problem free return policy. All items can be returned within 30 days after the delivery date and must include all original parts and contents for refund. This warranty does not apply to products that have been used, modified, damaged, misused or abused. All returns require an RMA (return authorization) number, and the freight is strictly non refundable. 

Rejected / undeliverable orders:

• Rejected or undeliverable orders returned to their factory will be handled like standard returns; This means that all transportation costs, including return freight and any fees returned to the sender assessed by the transportation carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. Sparktec motorsports reserves the right to deduct these additional fees and all shipping costs from the product refund. If you want to return goods, it is recommended that you accept all shipments and return them according to their standard return process.

What is their shipping policy?

• The goods in stock will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders that require additional verification (security issues, error messages, etc.) may require additional processing time. If the goods are out of stock, their customer service representative will contact you, inform you of the expected delivery date, and monitor the out of stock orders every day to ensure that your orders are delivered as soon as possible.

Transit time:

• The delivery time of packages mainly depends on the transportation company. All orders are delivered from the ground, usually within 3-4 working days. Remember, most airlines do not work on weekends or major holidays. When the carrier quotes the delivery date, they refer to the working day. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, except holidays of parcel transportation companies. If you need fast delivery, please contact their customer service representative to pay the freight before purchasing.

International shipping:

• Sparktec motorsports launched a series of products worldwide. If you want to know the estimated cost of international transportation projects, please contact their customer service representative. Please remember that these freight charges do not include any customs duties, customs fees or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment;
