If orders were lost or damaged during delivery, what should I do?

• UPS is their main shipping partner, and they do their best to ensure timely delivery with production of your order. They will guarantee the quality of your printed product and do their best to get it in the hands of their shipping partners in a timely manner. They are only able to issue refunds for any issues with the quality of your order. Once it's in the hands of their shipping partners, any delays that impact transit time are not covered as part of their guarantee, and they will not be able to offer refunds for orders delivered late.

• They support their partnership with their shipping carrier, UPS, and their teams can advocate on your behalf, should anything happen to an order during shipment. Let them know, and they'll see what they can do.

Can StickerGiant ship my stickers overnight?

Yes, they can. UPS Expedited shipping such as 2nd Day, 3 Day and Next Day Air are also available. Usually, upgraded shipping costs are extra so they'll let you know what that will cost ahead of time before they ship expedited. If they have the proof approved by 12pm MST they'll get to work printing your stickers or labels and bring your design to life. Stickers and labels are printed in 1 to 2 business days, and then shipped to you.

What about shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO military address?

Just let them know ahead of time and they'll take care of the details, they have shipped a lot to military addresses so it is not a big deal. They do use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for these shipments.

How much does StickerGiant stickers cost?

That all depends on the artwork, shape, size, material and quantity you're looking for. You can get standard digital pricing on their website, or for anything else, you can get custom pricing from one of their custom sticker specialists.

Do I get a bigger discount if I order a higher quantity?

They currently offer discounts to returning customers by occasionally sending out special email offers to customers who have opted into getting updates from them. their pricing is structured with different price break points, so the unit price on higher quantity orders is less than the unit price on lower quantities. When you add more than one item to your cart, you will also receive an automatic multiple item discount that will increase your savings every item you add. 

Does StickersGiant offer a first-time customer discount?

They don't currently offer a specific first-time discount, however they do offer return client discounts, which are adjusted throughout 

Do samples really cost a $1?

They do charge $1 online for processing of a sample pack. they are happy to credit that back, if an order is placed. If you have any questions about that, just give them a call or shoot them an email.
