What is an advance order?
Advance order refers to the order you place before the official release date of the product. This option is usually available for limited editions. You place an order by entering all the details, which is similar to a direct order, but you will not be charged immediately. Your account will be debited only a few days before shipment or digital delivery. You will receive a reminder email before charging, and your payment information may be modified.
Can I make a return at Square Enix?
They only accept returns in sealed packages and within the first 14 days after receiving the order.
