What's the freight charges?

They ship some oversized items via freight carrier. Freight charges are noted next to the item and will be added in addition to the regular shipping and handling charges. Please note that freight items are not eligible for free shipping promotions. White glove delivery and inside delivery may be arranged for an additional charge.

Where can I get a coupon code?

They offer plenty of money saving coupons to our email customers. Please make sure you are signed up to receive our emails. See bottom of page for email sign-up field.

Can I check my WEB order status online?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. Click here. Your order will say "processed". However, for further information regarding your order they suggest that you call Customer Service at 1-800-231-8060 for more information.

I cannot find the item I want to order on your website - where is it?

If the item cannot be located on our website, it may have been unexpectedly canceled or sold out. Email them or call 1-800-231-8060 to check for more detailed information.

Why haven't I received an email confirmation of my web order?

Please check all folders (including junk and spam) in your email inbox to see if the email confirmation may have been directed there.

Can I make a return at Sturbridge Yankee Workshop?

• If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, they will credit or refund the merchandise amount paid within 30 days. After 30 days and up to 6 months you will receive a gift certificate for the merchandise value which is subject to a 20% restocking fee. A restock fee may be applied if items are returned without original packaging. It is advised that you contact Customer Service to request a return label. 

• A return fee will be deducted from your merchandise credit per label used. Return fees may vary. Please call for oversize/freight item returns. Personalized items will receive a gift certificate for merchandise value only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I track my order on-line once it has shipped?

If your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package once shipped. Please be sure to include your email address with your order. If the item ships from our manufacturer it is not possible to send the tracking information to you.

Does the furniture arrive assembled?

Some of our furniture arrives fully assembled, but there are some pieces that do need to be put together. It will say in the item description as to whether the item needs to be assembled.

Why do some furniture items have a delivery time of more than 4 weeks?

The furniture pieces with delivery times are shipped directly from the vendor. As a result of disruptions in the global supply chain, shipping times may be longer than usual. In addition, record package volume and COVID-19 restrictions may cause external carrier delays. Due to unprecedented demand, inbound shipments may also be impacted. All dates are subject to change. They value your trust and appreciate your patience and understanding.
