Is my safety protected at Sugarloaf?

• At Sugarloaf, your safety is always their first priority. They also expect you to do your part to keep yourself and others safe by skiing or riding in control, following common sense guidelines, and being aware of your surroundings. 

• Sugarloaf's Go With The Flow program promotes the use of sound, personal judgment regarding speed and control when skiing and riding. Because 'fast' skiing may mean different things to different people, Go With The Flow reminds skiers and riders to be courteous and follow the pace of those around them. In addition to Ski Patrol and Mountain Ambassador support, you will see green Go With The Flow banners at key areas on the mountain and lift area signs outlining the program.

Can I unload the chair lifts at Sugarloaf?

• Guests that require assistance to load, ride, or unload the chair lifts or require special assistance while skiing because of a diagnosed disability may receive a single complimentary 1-day lift ticket for their assistant valid for the same day as the original ticket purchase.

• The ticket for the assistant is valid on the day that they are functioning as an assistant only. They cannot issue season passes or multi-day lift tickets for assistants.

Can I change the dates on a multi-day ticket if I do not wish to ski one of the days?

No. Tickets dates are non-transferable.

Can I use a gift card or Boyne Reward voucher to purchase lift tickets online?

You sure can! Gift cards can be used to purchase tickets online or in person at the ticket window.

What's Sugarloaf's rental program?

The Sugarloaf Rental Program is flexible and cost-effective. They'll fit their program around you and help cover the cost of your vacation home.

Does Sugarloaf offer night skiing?

There is no night skiing; lifts close at 3:50. 

Can I purchase a Maine Day ticket online?
