How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• Processing times are not included in shipping ETA and range within 1-2 business days (holidays, special occasions may delay both processing and shipping times).

• Although they try their best to ship your items out as soon as possible, the delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors: COVID-19. Shipping company's processing times. Custom examination (when bound outside Canada). Delays due to weather conditions, holidays, unexpected events.

Do I need to pay for duties and taxes of international orders?

• For US customers, international duties and taxes are unpaid for both paid and free shipping. Your package may also incur handling fees charged by the final carrier and/or custom charges at delivery.

• Sukoshi is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. 

• All Sukoshi policies are subject to change without advance notice. Be aware of your local custom regulations.

What are the rules for exchanging an order?

• Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Item(s) purchased online can be returned through online exclusively by mail.

• Original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

• Item(s) must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated.

• Sukoshi Mart is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made.

• Products purchased from their store locations must be returned to the location of purchase, in accordance to the location's own return policy.

What if I want to cancel my ordeer?

• If you want to change or cancel your order, you can contact them at hello @ sukoshimart. 

• Include "Order Cancellation/Change" in your email subject line as well as your order number. 

• If the order has been packaged or completed, it cannot be cancelled. They do not offer price adjustments.
