What payment methods are supported？

They accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. depending on your location, a small international credit card fee may apply. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). 

Will there be color difference?

Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, desktop scanner limitations, digital photography and dye batch variations, they cannot guarantee that the colors you see on the screen will be exactly the same as the product's colors. If the color is not correct, no refunds will be issued.

What is their shipping policy?

Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days to process and receive orders, with some products taking 3-5 business days. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday unless prior arrangements are made. They cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider only any shipping or transit times provided to you by Sumo Lounge or others as estimates. They encourage you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays due to shipping or product availability. If an address must be updated and the order has been processed to shipped, the customer must contact FedEx and resend the package upon receipt of the tracking ID.

What is their return policy?

In the event of a return/refund, they accept product returns. Please note that all items to be returned must be in their original packaging and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. If the product has been opened and the foam has expanded, they will not accept returns, but may offer a partial refund or replacement product depending on the condition at hand. If you are not satisfied with the color, size or overall quality of the chair, please return it to us within 7-10 days of arrival and they will refund your chair after a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs must be borne by the individual who purchased the chair.
