What is the 12 month quality guarantee?

When they say their jackets and bags last a full year, they mean it. Any jacket or bag purchased from Superdry is covered by Superdry's warranty, which means it will not fail for 12 months after purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. You can receive a replacement jacket or bag of the same type or value, or refund the price you paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How does return work?

If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or color, please notify them within 28 days of receiving the product. Please follow the section above about canceling an order and tell them when you cancel your order that you want an exchange instead of a refund. If the size/color you requested for an exchange is not available, they will notify you and issue you a refund.

What is their shipping policy?

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Subject to stock availability, they aim to ship orders by 7.30pm the same working day. Order before 10pm for next day delivery. Note that this is a UK order fulfilled only by their UK fulfillment centre. Any UK orders from their European distribution center will take 2 days to arrive.
