Can I get free shipping at Supreme Suspensions?

Wheel spacers and adapters and most accessories. Supreme Suspensions® Brand refers to supreme suspensions only® Any products provided by the supplier. If the kit also includes bilstein, pro comp and/or Spyder branded (Supplier) products, the kit will not be eligible for free shipping. Supreme Suspensions® Premium bumpers are not qualified for free transportation. 

Can I make a return at Supreme Suspensions?

• For domestic orders, the goods can be returned within 30 days after purchase with a full refund. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the order back.

• For international orders, goods can be returned within 30 days, but a 15% purchase fee is required. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the order back.

When can I get my orders at Supreme Suspensions?

For all orders received before 2 p.m. pacific standard time from Monday to Friday, they will ship on the same day.

Can I get my orders when I am outside USA?

Yes, you can. However, due to the complexity of the weight and size of their products, it is best to talk directly with the sales assistant. Can the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee be extended when I need longer warranty?

• Yes, Under special circumstances, the satisfaction guarantee period of 30 days can be extended.

• The warranty condition is: the product can only be used and served normally, and shall not be misused, ignored, modified, improperly installed or damaged in other ways; Moreover, there shall be no evidence of tampering or intentional abuse or destruction. Defects in Supreme suspensions products will be determined only by supreme suspensions and not by any representative, distributor or distributor of supreme suspensions. After the defect is determined, the only obligation of supreme suspensions is to repair or replace the defective parts with the same or similar products.

Which condition does the warranty not cover?

Their standard limited lifetime warranty does not cover wear items, such as mounts, bushings, or any type of visual damage (finish, dents, and scratches), as these components and problems may wear over time or occur naturally. These items, together with other non suspended items mentioned above, are covered by the 90 day limited warranty.

How to determine which kit is needed to level the vehicle?

The driving height of each vehicle varies according to the condition of the vehicle and the trim model. The best way to determine the kit required to level the truck is to park the vehicle on a level ground and measure the distance from the ground to the center of the top of the fender arch with a tape measure. Measure the rear and front dimensions and subtract these two numbers. This is the amount you need to completely level the vehicle.

Can I use this kit on another suspension lift kit?

The design and testing of their suspension lifting kit is only applicable to factory suspension components, and must not be used in any vehicle with suspension lifting kit installed. However, their suspension lifting kit can be used in conjunction with the body lifting device.
