How do I use / where do I enter my promo code at checkout?

You'll be able to enter your Promo Code at the Checkout step.  Simply enter your Offer Code at checkout to see the discount reflected in your order total.

What are they accepted payment methods?

Do I get a toy in every order?

• Tailored recommends supervised play with the toys included in your order to ensure they last as long as possible and to keep your pup safe. If you notice pieces beginning to break off your pup’s toy, it’s best to remove it from playtime. Tailored Pet is not responsible for any injury caused by consuming any non-food items included with your Tailored order.

Can I change my “one-time” order to a subscription?

• Yes you can! Simply go to the "My Pets" section within your account page. Scroll down to the bottom of the "My Pets" page and click "Reorder".  From there, you may switch to a subscription, delivered as often as you would like!

• In addition to the convenience of having a subscription auto-shipped to you as often as you like, you will also receive a 20% discount on your first subscription order with code TAILORED20 and a 10% discount on every on-going subscription-based order.

I received multiple bags for my one order? Is that correct?

Yes! They package your recipe in smaller bags to maintain freshness and to protect against product damage during shipping. 

How long will it take for my product to arrive after I place my order?

• If you are placing a one-time order, or the first order for a subscription, your product will arrive within 3-6 business days* of placing your order, depending on where you live in the United States. If on a subscription, subsequent orders will arrive on the frequency that you select when placing your initial order.

• Due to challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, deliveries may be delayed. They encourage you to check your FedEx tracking link for status updates on your order and make any necessary adjustments to your shipping frequency within your Tailored account page to ensure your pup has the food they need!
