Can I cancel or change my reservation through Almosafer?

Almosafer does not currently accept online cancellation or modification requests. However, you can contact the Almosafer customer support team 24/7 to help you. Please remember to check the cancellation policy before making any changes to your reservation. Non-refundable services and other special offers may have different cancellation policies. Cancellation information can be found under booking details. In addition to the cancellation fee charged by the airline, Almosafer charges a handling fee of SAR 30 per passenger for cancellations of up to 4 passengers. bookings of 5 or more passengers will be charged a maximum fee of SAR 120. 

How do I use my coupon code?

After selecting your flight, copy the coupon code and paste it into the "Coupon Box". Click on "Apply Voucher" and the discount will be applied to your ticket price. After using the voucher successfully, you can click on "Continue Passenger Information" to complete your booking.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Unfortunately, most low-cost airlines (e.g. Flynas, Flydubai, etc.) have non-refundable bookings. Cancellation can only be done by contacting the airline directly. They can provide you with the airline's contact information. Often, airlines may offer non-refundable, non-transferable credits for future use. Fortunately, for most full-service airlines (such as Emirates or Saudi Airlines), you can cancel their flight reservations according to the fare rules of the reservation.

How will I receive my refund?

All refunds are returned to the same channel used at the time of booking. For example, if you used a credit card, they will make the appropriate charge offs. If you use a debit card, they will refund the money to the debit card.
