• They provide free shipping for returns and exchanges - you receive a prepaid return label and simply send the shoes back to them.

• Returns & Exchanges are available for 30 days from the date your shoes were delivered.

How long does shipping take?

• They ship quickly from their Connecticut and Missouri warehouses. If you place your order before 1pm EST, it will ship that same-day! On average, transit time is about 3-7 days.

• If your event or deadline is within 2 weeks, please do tell them in the order notes so they can keep a close eye on your order!

• They also offer Expedited Shipping options that will be available at checkout.

• Route Shipping Insurance is available for all orders at checkout. Including this in your order ensures that if the shipment is lost in transit or incorrectly "marked as delivered" by the carrier, you will be eligible for a replacement shipment.

• All their Premium Flats feature our True To Fit sizing. Order your "normal" shoe size, and if you are a half size, go up to the next whole size. You can view their size chart here.

• They don't offer wide or narrow sizes. Their shoes are Medium (B) width, and can fit well for AA Narrow - D Wide (but not extra-narrow or extra-wide). This is because the soft elastic trim helps mold to your foot. If you normally take a narrow, they suggest ordering your regular size. If you normally take a wide, they suggest ordering a size up.

• The main part of our shoe is made from ultra-soft fabric with a comfortable and gentle elastic trim.

• The sole is cushioned with thick rubber, providing ultimate comfort.
