What is their return policy?

They are happy to accept returns for defective products due to manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days of purchase. Orders received by 12:00 PM EST Tuesday-Friday will be processed, packed and shipped the same day if the product ordered is in stock. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays and federal holidays will be processed, packed and shipped the next business day if the product ordered is in stock. If USPS can't ship to your preferred shipping location, they can also ship UPS. Please call them to place your order and they will charge you the actual UPS shipping cost. The default shipping on their website is First Class Mail. First class mail delivery usually takes 4-5 business days. At checkout, you can also choose USPS Priority Mail Upgrade Shipping for higher rates. Priority Mail shipping generally takes 2-3 business days. Please note that the shipping rate you choose is USPS delivery speed and does not mean your order will be processed faster.

What should I do if it is out of stock?

Sometimes the product you ordered may be out of stock, which can delay your order. They will promptly notify you of any products you ordered that are out of stock and cannot be shipped immediately.
