How long does it take to receive my order?

• Due to the extraordinary circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, all shipping/courier services are subject to significant delays, and service guarantees have been suspended. 

• Their standard USPS shipping option is now taking 4-12 days for delivery. They thank you for your patience and understanding.

• If you'd like 3-day, 2-day or Next day (expedited) shipping, please use your physical address (no P.O. Boxes) and place your order by 2:00 pm Eastern Time Monday – Friday, so they receive it in time to ship the same day. If you're not sure they'll receive it by the shipping deadline, please call customer service at 800-289-8379 and they'll be glad to take your order.

• All non-expedited orders (Standard, Canada, International) are normally processed within 1 - 3 days from the time they receive them.

• Orders are processed and shipped daily according to the above stated schedule with the exception of weekends and major US holidays.

• 3-day, 2-day and Next day options refer to normal business days. Holidays and weekends are excluded. Delivery by end of day.

• Product returned for refund or exchange must be in new or salable condition. Terry reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for product returned in used or abused condition.

• Returns are processed within two weeks of receipt at their facility and a return e-mail will be sent when this process is complete.

• Please include all care tags and packaging with your return, and include your name, address, phone and email information. Refunds may be delayed if this information is missing.

• Gift returns may be refunded to the gift giver or credited to a gift certificate for the gift receiver.

• Items returned within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment. Items returned after 30 days, for up to a year, will be credited to a Terry Gift Certificate.

What is the best way to maintain the leather?

• Their saddles are best washed with water and soap. Dry with a damp cloth. 

• Do not use any treatments or chemicals other than water and soap. Many cleaners use oil, which will cause the glue to keep the leather foam soft and loose. 

• They can also cause bubbles to inflate and distort. Be careful — if you have a Brooks saddle, don't wash it with water or soap. 

• Instead, use Brooks Proofide as the manufacturer suggests.

What to do if I lost or misplaced the gift certificate?

• Tracking gift certificates and claim codes is the recipient's responsibility. 

• However, if you lose your code or forget the balance on your gift certificate, call them and they'll see if they can get it for you. 

• They can usually find them if they know who initially purchased the gift certificate or by looking up the recipient's address.
