To make sure they have the information needed to review your donation or sponsorship request, please provide the following information at least 8 weeks prior to the event:

How do I use the guarantee to repace my tumnler?

• Visit their Guarantee & Returns page and confirm that your tumbler qualifies to be replaced under the Made for Life™ Guarantee. 

• If it does, please proceed by clicking the Guarantee Return Form button on the bottom of the page.

How I return an order for echange /refund ?

Visit their Guarantee & Returns page and refer to the section titled "30-day Returns & Exchanges" for guidelines. Click the "30-Day Return or Exchange Form" button on the bottom of the page to download the form that will need to be completed and returned with you order.
