What if I have special requests for my order?

What is their return policy?
At The 3D Gift, they are confident that their products will exceed your expectations. If you would like to return or exchange your order, they offer a 30-day return period for all online purchases. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. In addition, all replacement parts will be charged for re-shipping. Can I change my order?

What is their shipping method?
Their normal shipping method is ground, which usually arrives within 2-5 business days after they process your order. They do not ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
