What is your return policy?

They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, they’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. What are damages and issues?

What are Exceptions / non-returnable items?

What are refunds?

They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Once they will receive your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your retuned item. They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If you return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that if you open the package, try out the product, dislike the product and then throw the product in the trash, you cannot get a refund. Please note: Due to unforseen circumstances caused by COVID-19, shipping may be delayed in some cases. They cannot process refunds for orders that have not yet been received by the customer.
