What is the return policy?
Unopened and unused items can be returned for up to 30 days for a refund. Please note that freight charges are non-refundable. If items are damaged or incorrect as a result of their mistake, please let them know and they will arrange for replacement parts to be sent to you. To contact their customer support team, create a support ticket. If you need to return items, simply log into your account and navigate to the Purchase History link (accessible by hovering over your name in the upper right corner) under the Purchase menu in the Account Overview menu to view the order. Click "Apply for Return" in the lower right corner below the order summary to go to the Return Application form. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you of the refund via email. You can also view the history of the requested return and monitor its status from the Returns section of the Account Overview (located below the Purchase History link).
What is the shipping policy?
They offer reduced flat shipping rates for orders placed within the United States. Pricing is based on weight and is usually priced below direct carrier rates. For all other orders, they offer multiple shipping options at checkout, such as USPS First Class, Priority mail, and FedEx delivery options. The upgraded shipping option only affects the carrier's shipping speed, not their processing time. Please note that they are not responsible for import duties on international orders and cannot change customs declarations or amounts.
