Do they offer promotion?

• The promotional activities provided by Cary are subject to change without notice. The offer is valid only for online purchases, with a minimum purchase amount of $200. VAT, transportation and disposal do not meet the minimum purchase amount. 

• The minimum purchase threshold is calculated after all applicable discounts are first applied to the purchase price. Unless otherwise stated, the offer is valid once for each customer. Please note the expiration date and the maximum applicable discount. 

• Promotional offers do not include freight and handling charges, taxes and any other fees. Offers cannot be combined with any other offers or special pricing. Promotion code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Other restrictions may apply.

What is their return policy?

• Do not return goods without proper return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. If you need to return goods, please call (630) 629-6600 to contact customer service, and provide RGA or return authorization number, as well as details of how to return goods.

• All returns and / or claims must be made within 30 days after receipt, and a 15% - 25% restocking fee will be charged.

• You can cancel the order for any reason and receive a full refund before processing the order. Any cancellation after order processing and / or production start may result in additional costs to be determined by Cary.

• Please note: for items marked "customs clearance", all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Should I be charged for the sales tax?

• Cary is required to tax all applicable orders. The tax amount displayed at the time of checkout is an estimate based on many factors, including but not limited to the type of goods or services purchased, the shipping or delivery address, and the time and place of performance. 

• As these factors may change, the tax may be adjusted between placing an order and placing an order. The final tax will be calculated when your order is billed. You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your purchase.
