What is their shipping policy?

• Please note that the following information is based on normal delivery conditions and is for reference only. External factors such as bad weather, strikes and other conditions affecting the postal network may still delay your order beyond their control.

• All standard items are delivered by Royal Mail first class mail. All orders are delivered free of charge in the UK. According to the Royal Mail, 93% * of the first-class mail will be delivered * on the next working day.

• Larger items (such as consoles) will be sent by courier and will need to be signed for.

• For all standard items, they provide royal mail express delivery, which is guaranteed to be delivered before 4:00 p.m. the next day after delivery (excluding bank holidays). The price is £ 5.95, plus £ 1.00 for each standard item.

• Royal Mail express delivery is only applicable to standard items listed as "inventory".

What is their return policy?

• You may return the goods you purchased to them within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods are damaged, defective, incorrectly advertised or not the goods you ordered. They will receive a full refund or replacement (if any) at no additional cost. If you fail to keep the goods properly before returning them to the other party, resulting in damage or deterioration of the goods, the other party will charge you a price reduction fee.
