Where is my parcel?
They use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver all their parcels in the UK. When your order is ready for shipment, they will send you email and text messages. The delivery notice will provide you with the delivery time and date, which you can manually change according to the DPD instructions.
Can I add a discount code after placing an order?
Unfortunately, if you forget to add a discount code, they will not be able to modify your order or reimburse any expenses. Make sure to add the discount code to the next order and remember that it may have an expiration date.
How can I get the gift cards at Gym King?
The Gym King gift card is sent to the email address of the gym King payee account. It can be printed or sent to friends by email before use. To redeem, please visit the gym King website and enter your unique 16 digit code in the discount column at the checkout.
What should I do if my orders have issues at Gym King?
You will report any problem within 14 days after receiving the order, such as damage or defect of the outer package, or loss or damage of the items in the order. They are not responsible for any problems reported after this period. When reporting this information to them, please make sure you have captured the problem, because they will ask you to capture this information for investigation.

In which condition can I get my refunds when I make a return at Gym King?
If the item is returned in its original undamaged condition with the original label attached, a refund will be issued. Damaged, soiled, smelly, worn or altered returns will not be accepted and may be returned to you. If an item is deemed to be defective and is the defect of gym king, they will also refund your postage.
Abuse of the return policy, such as repeated refunds without justifiable reasons, free warranty and chargeback fraud, is not acceptable. Gym King reserves the final decision on refund and return.
What should I do if I want to know my returns package?
Don't worry, they may have received your package, but it is being processed. Due to the large quantity, they cannot inform you that they have received the package you returned. Please keep your postage receipt certificate. Once they process your tax return, you will receive an email and SMS notification. Please allow them to work up to 14 days to deal with this problem.
Can I change the order?
Unfortunately, once they place an order, they cannot change it. If you want to change your order, they suggest you place a new order and return it according to their return process after receiving the previous order.
