What is return policy?

• If for any reason you are unhappy about our products and service, you may return it for full refund within 30 days of your order (less shipping and handling). If the package is unopened they accept it unconditionally, but if the package is opened it must contain at least 75% of the original product in order for them to refund your money. 

• Customers have 14 days after they receive products to notify TheHelloSmile of any problems with the product(s). No refund or return of the product will be issued if the product is found to be unsatisfactory more than 14 days after TheHelloSmile is satisfied the product has been delivered.

• It is the responsibility of the receiver to check the integrity of the product and packaging if a refund is to be requested.

How do I use the LED whitening kit?

• Remove the plastic cover underneath the batteries to activate the LED light. Click the mouthguard into place on the LED light.

• Apply a thin layer of gel to the inside of the bottom and top of the mouth piece. 

• Put the mouthguard into your mouth and bite down. Turn on the LED light. Keep in your mouth for 15 minutes.

• After the 15 minutes, rinse out your mouth with some water. Repeat once per day for a maximum of 10 days.

How do I use the whitening pen?

• Easy! Twist pen at base to dispense gel. First use requires additional clicks for gel to appear. Put a beautiful Smile on your face, keeping lips away from teeth and apply a thin layer of gel to all teeth.

• The gel will be activated immediately as it whitens your teeth. Relax your lips after 30 seconds. The gel will slowly dissipate as it continues to whiten. Do not eat or drink for 20 minutes after use.
