Can I make an exchange at The Menlo House?

• Due to size, you can replace items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact their Member Experience team at [email protected] or live chat and they will provide you with a size exchange application form. All items must be received in unworn condition, without stains, tears, or visible signs of use, otherwise they will not be accepted.

• Customers located outside the United States are responsible for shipping costs when sent items are exchanged back to their warehouse. They will take care of the transportation on the way back to you.

How do I keep track of my orders?

Once your package is mailed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account and access this information in the members dashboard.

How much is the freight?

Shipping is free to all members within the continental United States. There is a $7 surcharge for shipping members in Alaska or Hawaii. Membership costs an additional $25 in Canada and $30 in the United Kingdom. These surcharges do not include any applicable duties imposed in Canada or the United Kingdom or duties for which members may be held liable.

When can I expect to receive my monthly package?

Packages are usually shipped within 7-10 days of the charge date. Depending on your location, the package can arrive within 2-5 days of the shipping date.

How do I cancel my membership?

• Members can cancel their account by submitting a cancellation form on the Member dashboard. No action is required upon submission of the cancellation form.
