What is shipping policy?
Rates are based on the packaged weight and shipping address for all domestic orders. Orders are typically processed and shipped from their facility in 1-3 business days. Shipping rates and shipping transit times are estimated in checkout and are dependent on order size, destination, and the requested shipping method.
It can occasionally take up to 72 hours for carriers to update their tracking.
The Mitten State typically ships via USPS, but also utilizes UPS and FedEx. For orders under 1 lb, regular ground shipping applies. For orders over 1 lb, Priority Mail is used instead. All orders are accompanied by an email confirmation with tracking information.
What should I do if I need to exchange or return products?
Their support hours are Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (closed on the weekends). For all after hour requests, they will respond within 48hrs.
They guarantee the quality of all their products at The Mitten State.
Returns on domestic orders: You will be responsible for all shipping costs to mail the package back to them. They can provide you with a return label, but return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges on domestic orders: They charge a $6.00 handling fee for orders that are exchanged. This $6 covers the cost to return the item, ship out a new item, as well as the restocking fee.
