Do they offer International shipping?

• If the customer is shipping to a destination outside the US, on top of Frances May's shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government. 

• All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. Items will be shipped from Portland, Oregon (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. 

• They will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value. This protects both the customer and the shippers. DHL International: $45 (This is a rough estimate. If the package exceeds 3lbs. customer will be responsible for added shipping charges.)

How to return on line?

• Frances May will exchange or refund non-sale items within 14 days of original purchase date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt. 

• Please indicate on the Return Form why the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. 

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, a refund will automatically be issued. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. 

• Please allow up to 10 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement/Paypal account.

• International returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date to guarantee a full refund.

Who should be responsible for the return charges?

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. They recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. They are not responsible for missing packages and do not refund original or return shipping costs. If there is a mistake on the part of Frances May (damaged or mis-shipped goods) they will reimburse customer using the same method of original purchase or issue store credit. They will not, however, refund international duties or taxes.

How long does it take for shipping?

They provide USPS shipping options & insure each package for the total purchase amount. Orders received before 12pm are shipped out the same day whenever possible, with the exception of holidays and weekends. If you would like you order faster than 3-5 business days, please select an expedited method of delivery. For international shipping please allow 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery.
