How to enjoy free shipping?
Free continental UK delivery on orders over £100. Applies to orders delivered in the UK mainland only. And does not apply to next day or weekend delivery. Shipping to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man will incur an additional £5 shipping surcharge.
When will my order be shipped?
Their standard delivery time is Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Next day delivery is available for UK orders placed before the cut-off time specified in the Delivery Fees section; these orders will be processed for delivery the next business day after the order is placed. Orders placed after the cut-off time on any business day will be processed and dispatched the next business day and should arrive the next business day after that. They are free to insure all orders up to a value of £500. Orders over £500 will incur additional insurance charges.
Do they offer free return?
If you have received your order and are not satisfied with any product you ordered, they will gladly refund your money or exchange it, provided you notify them of your intention to return the product within 14 days of the delivery of the order. However, they will only cover returns for misdelivered or damaged or defective items. Any products must be returned to them in their original, undamaged packaging. All refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
Do they support exchanges?
They are happy to replace the product for any reason as long as they are informed that you intend to return the product within seven business days of delivery and you accept the cost and insurance of the returned item. A full refund will only be given if the item is received in the same condition as when they were shipped.
