How to switch from an individual account to an institutional account?

• If you previously used Time2Track on your own, and now your school is providing you with an authorization key, just use your current account and follow the instructions given to you by your school. 

• There’s no need to set up a new account.

Can I cancel my account?

• There’s no need to cancel your account since Time2Track doesn’t store your credit card information or renew your account automatically. 

• If you don’t want to renew your account, there’s nothing more you’ll need to do. 

• Your data will be safely stored in Time2Track if you ever decide to come back.

How do I get a discount?

• If Time2Track does not receive the full amount of your Account balance within 30 calendar days of the invoice date or billing date. 

• Thelesser of an additional 5% or the highest percentage allowed by law, of the outstanding balance will be added to your bill as a late charge each month and shall be due and payable.
