What is their warranty policy like?

How do returns and refunds work?
All returns, regardless of their classification, must include all original parts, be in their original packaging, and be in the condition in which they were received. A copy of your Return Material Authorization form must be included with the goods you return to them. This may delay your refund for up to 5 business days if the RA form is not included. Credits typically take 7-10 business days from the day they receive your item. For drop shipping, special order and pre-order items, they will charge your credit card 24 hours prior to shipping.
What is their shipping policy?
They try to ship by noon Monday through Friday on the same business day. However, at the moment, they are taking longer than usual to process. Therefore, most in-stock orders will ship within 2-4 business days. Tool Nut ships orders using UPS Ground or USPS, whichever works best for you, unless expedited shipping is selected. They do not ship internationally. They only ship to locations within the United States.
I received a defective item, what should I do?
If you receive a defective item within 30 days of delivery, please contact their customer service department at 877-866-5688 ext 2. They will issue you a Return Material Authorization form, which must be printed and included with your shipment. Tool Nut will replace the defective product upon return or give a full refund.
