What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Any order can be cancelled by formal request in written email correspondence with the customer's customer service team: [email protected]. Orders may be refunded in full if the shipping process does not begin. If a shipment confirmation with a pending processing tracking number is generated, a handling fee of $349 will be automatically deducted from your total payment amount and refunded to your original payment. If a tracking number is provided, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount upon cancellation (e.g. MTL182740, XPO 298-82974, etc.). If you wish to cancel your order to avoid any charges, please notify their customer service team as soon as possible. All refunds are made within 3-7 business days of receipt of the request with the original payment method.
How will my product be delivered?
A local delivery agent in your area will contact you and inform you of the delivery time for your furniture. Each delivery will take place within a time frame, which is not a fixed appointment time. Their delivery company provides delivery services during business hours (between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday). Delivery will be curbside service. They do not offer in-house or in-room delivery options. Deliveries will be made during regular business hours Monday through Friday. No weekend or holiday delivery. From arrival in the destination city, customers have 1 open business day at their residence to receive and ship their deliveries. If the product is in storage for more than 1 day, the customer will be charged the remaining daily storage fee ($150 per pallet/day).
What is the return policy?
If you wish to return transformer meter products for any reason, you may use the original packaging at your own cost of shipping. Please deliver to the following address: 330 Avro Street, Puante Clair, QC H9R 5W9. Once the item is received in their warehouse, their warehouse team will conduct an inspection to determine the condition of the item. Customers are responsible for the condition of their returned products and Transformer Table will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the transport of the returned products. Refund of original payment method for order reflecting inspection report will be made within 3-7 business days. * Please be assured that this does not apply to any return or exchange that occurs in the context of a warranty claim as directed by their warranty team. The transformer table covers shipping costs when warranty claims are guaranteed.
